For our regular managed clients we provide helpdesk and remote support during normal business hours and outside normal hours by arrangement. You can talk to someone you know and who knows your business, so that we can provide a speedy resolution. If not we can then arrange an onsite visit to sort things out for you.
Managed clients can have a remote support agent on every desktop so that everyone in the business can receive direct support not just by phone but by access to their computer – which saves time and money. Generally remote support is more efficient – no waiting for us to travel to your site.
If the work is important but not urgent or you don’t need to talk with us right now, you can log a support call by email and your request goes into our helpdesk queue. We often carry out remote work for our clients at a time to suit them, eg at the end of the day or during lunchtime.
